My name is Malak Baker, I'm an operations consultant supporting small-scale, service-based businesses in building organized, efficient, and sustainable ways of working.
I work primarily with remote service providers like therapists, coaches, consultants, billers, and other professionals who serve clients directly. I also partner with solo, in-person providers who want clearer systems, a more cohesive direction, and support as their work grows into a well-structured business.
I help identify gaps, bring structure to what already exists, and implement practical processes that fit your working style, capacity, and budget. Some systems I’ll teach you to manage confidently. Others I’ll set up so they function quietly in the background.
I bring over a decade of experience from youth-serving nonprofit work and hold a master’s degree as a licensed macro social worker. That background shapes how I approach operations, ethics, and confidentiality, with care for both providers and the people they serve.
